ESG KOMPACT «SUSTAINABLE FINANCE – APPROACHES TO IMPROVE THE STATE OF PLAY»
On Tuesday, 07 June 2022, the «ESG Kompact» webinar on «Sustainable Finance - Approaches to improve the state of play» organized by the University of Liechtenstein will take place. This second seminar of 2022 will look at Sustainable Finance and Investing from a more international perspective and discuss ESG and Impact Investing again, but this time with the aim of establishing a new and more convincing concept for Sustainable Investing.
«ESG Kompact» serves as a platform to strengthen the exchange between different actors in the financial and real economy and to illuminate the topic of sustainability from different perspectives and put it up for discussion.
The upcoming seminar on the topic of «Sustainable Finance - Approaches to improve the state of play» is under the patronage of the Liechtenstein Bankers Association (LBA) and the CFA Society Liechtenstein. The highlight of the event are the two input presentations by the following highly experienced international speakers:
- Stephen Nolan | Managing Director of UN-convened International network Financial Centres for Sustainability (FC4S) and Head of Secretariat Sustainable Insurance Forum (SIF)
- Charly Kleissner | PhD, Co-Founder at Toniic, Los Gatos (California) and, among others, at KL Felicitas Foundation as well as at Social-Impact International ; he serves, among others, as a Full Member of the Club of Rome, as Chairman of the Board of ImpactAssets and as a Board Member of the Schwab Foundation.
The online event will conclude with a panel discussion moderated by Prof. Dr. Marco J. Menichetti, Chair in Business Administration, Banking and Financial Management, Institute for Finance, University of Liechtenstein, Vaduz, during which participants' questions will be answered.
