Gabriel Brenna appointed CEO of LLB Group
The Board of Directors of Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG (LLB) has appointed Gabriel Brenna as the new Group Chief Executive Officer effective 1 March 2021. He will also be Chairman of the Group Executive Management of the LLB Group. LLB announced this change at the helm in a press release on Wednesday.
A Swiss and Italian citizen, Brenna (48) has been Head of the Private Banking Division and a member of the Group Executive Management and the Board of Management of the company since 2012. LLB mentions driving expansion in the home markets of Liechtenstein, Austria and Switzerland as well as in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East as some of his achievements.
Brenna is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG and a member of the Boards of Directors of LLB Asset Management AG and Bank Linth LLB AG. Prior to 2012, he worked for the consulting firm McKinsey in Zurich and London for eight years.
