Bank Frick to award scholarship for Blockchain studies

Vaduz - Bank Frick will be awarding a scholarship for a Blockchain and FinTech certificate program. The course was established by the University of Liechtenstein at the initiative of the private bank. The focus is on a technological redesign of existing financial management systems.

Bank Frick is awarding a scholarship in the amount of 9,800 Swiss francs to attend the Blockchain and FinTech certificate program at the University of Liechtenstein. The application deadline is November 14, 2021 with the course starting in January 2022.

The study program was launched by the University of Liechtenstein at the initiative of Bank Frick. As detailed in a press release issued by the Balzers-based private bank, the program aims to provide students with a secure understanding of the new networked systems and their impact on new business models and value creation networks. The course is to be taught in German.

The university is accepting applications via email. Scholarship holders must consent in advance to being available for promotional photos and videos used both by Bank Frick and the University of Liechtenstein.
