Bank Frick awarding scholarship for blockchain studies

Vaduz/Balzers - Bank Frick is again awarding a scholarship in the amount of 9,800 Swiss francs for the Blockchain and FinTech certificate program at the University of Liechtenstein. Applications can be submitted up to a deadline of November 20, 2022. The study course begins in January 2023.

Bank Frick is again awarding a scholarship for the Blockchain and Fintech certificate program at the University of Liechtenstein this year. It amounts to 9,800 Swiss francs and allows students to take part in this study course free of charge.

The University of Liechtenstein launched the Blockchain and Fintech certificate course at the initiative of Bank Frick. It aims to deepen the participants’ knowledge of blockchain technology and its impact on new business models. According to the university, the program is designed to be practical and also includes an overview of technological, legal and tax aspects.

Those interested in taking part still have time to apply for the scholarship up to the deadline of November 20, 2022 by submitting a CV and Letter of Motivation, further details of which can be found in a press release. The study course will start in January 2023.

According to information from the bank itself, Bank Frick, which is based in Balzers, has been collaborating with the University of Liechtenstein in Vaduz since 2018. The aim of this partnership is to disseminate knowledge about blockchain technology and to further advance the development of an ecosystem.
