LLB launches wiLLBe app for sustainable investing
Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) has launched the digital asset management app wiLLBe. According to a press release issued by LLB, the app aims to facilitate sustainable investments with a genuine impact. As LLB explains further, wiLLBe is a sustainable, exclusively digital asset management solution that consistently implements the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN).
The wiLLBe app is now available in both Switzerland and Liechtenstein, where it can be downloaded from the App Store (for Apple devices) and the Google Play Store (Android). This means that wiLLBe users can invest in seven selected topics from as little as 2,000 Swiss francs. According to the LLB press release, these are based on the 17 UN SDGs: clean energy, health and medicine, sustainable living and working, education and equal opportunities, climate and environmental protection, clean water and sustainable use of resources.
In the wiLLBe app, users have information available at their fingertips that can measure the impact of their investments. Moreover, investors can make an additional contribution in the form of a performance-related donation of a portion of the profit to selected non-profit organisztions (NPOs).
“We are proud to present wiLLBe, an exclusively digital, simple, professional and affordable solution for everyone to invest sustainably and make a real impact for a better world through their own investments”, comments Gabriel Brenna, Group CEO at LLB, in the press release.
