LGT is one of the best employers in Europe

Vaduz – LGT Private Banking is the 23rd best employer among multinational corporations in Europe. It is the only international bank to be included in these rankings. Most employees are proud to work at LGT.

The Great Place to Work Institute with headquarters in Oakland, California, has for the second time evaluated the quality of LGT Private Banking as an employer. This year, the bank – which operates in Liechtenstein, Austria, Switzerland and the UK – was placed 23rd. It is the only bank included in these rankings.

The assessment is based on employee engagement surveys and an analysis of initiatives for workplace company culture, as LGT reported in a press release. According to the survey, 94 percent of employees are proud to work at LGT. Meanwhile, 92 percent see the bank as a “great workplace”.

Olivier de Perregaux highlights that workplace culture in his bank is strong across borders. “The accolade shows that our employees live the strong values that are upheld at LGT, such as communication and cooperation, respect, continuity and entrepreneurial thinking, no matter where they are based,” as the CEO of LGT Private Banking said in a press release.
