Statement of the Banking Association on the war in Ukraine

We are deeply concerned and worried about the war of invasion in Ukraine and its consequences for the population. Our sympathy and solidarity are with the people in Ukraine and the civilian population in the countries affected by the consequences.

We unreservedly support the sanctions imposed against Russia by the Liechtenstein government, the European Union and the international community. The Liechtenstein banks apply these consistently and will not carry out any transactions with the persons, institutions or organisations subject to any sanctions.
